Application Deposit

The Application Deposit for all Illinois Tech Study Away Programs is $250. This payment will be made online through your Study Away Application for your chosen program. This payment is non-refundable after the application deadline, except in the case that Illinois Tech cancels your program.
 
Even though the initial payment will NOT be billed to your Illinois Tech student tuition account, this charge is required in order for the application to be considered complete by the application deadline.

Program Tuition and Fees
The balance of the program fees minus the applicable deposit will be charged to your Illinois Tech student account. You may begin making payments once fees have been charged. Fees are charged one to two months prior to departure along with tuition charges. Please note that if you withdraw from a program after the commitment deadline, your account will be charged the applicable fees. See the Withdrawal Process and Policy for more details.
